Currently Seeking:       

  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - An energetic and collaborative SLP to join our special education team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and teacher consultation. This is a full-time position (10 month + 6 week summer) working with very young children with disabling disorders. Preferred candidates will have experience with oral-motor skills, childhood development, PECS and ABA/VB strategies. NYS licensed SLP.  CF candidates will be considered.  Salary range $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
  • Teacher Aide - Assists classroom teachers with the instruction and care of very young children with developmental disabilities.  High school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children.  Pay rate $16.50 per hour.
  • Early Childhood Special Education Teacher - 6-Week Summer Program -  An energetic, collaborative, experienced Special Education Teacher to join our summer program from July 13th through August 21st.  Responsible for the instruction of developmentally disabled preschool children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth. Also gives direct supervision to teacher aides. Graduate of a four-year college in related field. NYS Special Ed. certification (birth to grade 2) with teaching experience. Pay rate $21.00 per hour.
  • Assistant to Superintendent of Building & Grounds (SBG) - Part-time position assisting the SBG in the overall operation and maintenance of the Preschool building and adjacent grounds. Must be competent in routine maintenance and repair procedures of building operating systems and keeping up the grounds. High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience.  Pay rate $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
